Repositioning ECOSOCC in Agenda 2063 Implementation

The objectives of this Advisory Note are to:

1. Appraise Member States on ECOSOCC's renewed value-proposition in support of AU-citizen interface in implementation of Agenda 2063 - including implementation of the AU norms and tracking progress of implementation at Member States levels;
2. Outline strategic areas of citizen participation and citizen engagement on the continent that require a strong AU-citizen interface in implementation of Agenda 2063; and
3. Seek Member States support to deepen ECOSOCC's impact and role.
